Have you ever heard of the famous Filipino delicacy named Torta? Well, technically speaking "torta" is a culinary term that refers to cakes, pies, flatbreads, sandwiches, or omelets, depending on the cuisine.
However, in the southern part of the Philippines, specifically in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, Torta generally refers to a small cake. Somehow like a sponge cake that resembles a large cupcake with butter, sugar, and/or with cheese on the top.
OJ's Torta is one of the popular Torta of Argao, Cebu that was established in 2005. OJ's Special Torta is serving Torta to its customers with a twist.
