Part of delving into one's culture is to try the local food. According to Eddie Huang "There is a lot of food culture that goes on in the home and in the community in non-traditional ways. Food is a lot more than restaurants" and I definitely could not agree more.

Actually, it is my first time to try goose meat and it absolutely tastes good.
 
As everybody said, "you come here for the food, not the ambiance or the service".
Here are some reasons why:
1. Unlike the Filipino restaurant staff that is very welcoming, this restaurant's staff is the other way round, and probably it's because of cultural indifference. The staff won't greet their customers with a smile they will just automatically find you a seat without anything said.
2. The restaurant is not so spacious and fascinating as it is.

3. Their roasted goose is so delicious. The skin is so crispy and the meat is so juicy without a doubt why the restaurant earned a Michelin star.
 However, every individual has his or her own preference. As for me and my partner, the Yat Lok roasted goose unequivocally succulent and worth the price. Surely we would come back to this place again.
