Disclaimer: As per writing this, my partner and I have been to six (6) Asian countries together (his 8th country already) and a third (3rd) time visiting Singapore.
“ Don't tell me how educated you are, tell me how much you have traveled. ” - Mohammed
I couldn't agree more with Prophet Mohammed's point of view on traveling. There are more things we can learn not just in the books and not even in the comfort of our four-walled classrooms. The world is vast. Let's travel.
A lot of people are asking us why we kept on visiting Singapore. Well, here are some of the (personal) reasons why my partner and I love Singapore very much.
1. Clean
I/We always adored Singapore on how well they maintain cleanliness in all their places, be it public or private areas, highways, stations, parks, and more.

Additionally, even on some days during our stay in Singapore, it rained, we never tried walking in the mud. I mean, their roads never get muddy. Astounding, right?
2. Convenient
Touring and shopping around the area is so convenient, rain or shine. I/We loved the well-organized transportation system, easy-to-understand train maps, and accessible shopping areas.

3. Good Food
Here are some (new) foods and drinks we tried for this trip (2023).
I didn't include some of the food we had eaten again, such as the famous Tian-Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, Tong Heng Egg Tart, and more. If you'd like, kindly check my blog on the link above.

4. Mixed Culture
Amazingly, Singapore has various cultures, such as Chinese, Malay, Indian, and other ethnicities. Despite this, people live harmoniously with great respect for one another. That makes Singapore colorful and even delightful.

5. Law-abiding Citizens
The Singaporeans are very well-mannered people. They always obey the rules and regulations in their country, and at the same time, they always show graciousness to all the people living in their country despite the differences in their traditions and beliefs.
Saw this while walking around Little India. Awesome. |
