I presume that most of you now are at home and overcoming ennui due to the pandemic right now that requires all of us (mankind) to stay at home. Well, you are not alone. (High Five!!!!!)
Now is the perfect time for you to try something new. Ever heard of the newly-trend Dalgona Coffee? Actually, Dalgona Coffee is named after a similarly sugary and foamy South Korean candy (see picture below).
Let's make Dalgona Coffee.
Ingredients:
- Nescafe Classic Instant Coffee
- Milk (it depends on your preference be it Almond Milk, Soy Milk, etc.)
- Sugar
Note: The ratio is 1:1:1
One tablespoon of all the ingredients then mix it all.
Procedure:
- Using a hand mixer or fork, whisk/whip it together for about 2 minutes to 5 minutes until it will turn foamy.
- In addition, you can adjust all the ingredients and take alternatives instead depending on your taste. For instance, if you don't like black coffee you can try Milo (though I haven't tried it yet, I've seen lots of pictures on my Facebook feed).
- Afterward, you can sprinkle crushed Oreo on top of it then put it in the freezer for it is best served when it's cold.
